# Tips & Best Practices

> Best practices that help you stay on top of your work and create the best user experience for you.

  The refresh button <Icon icon="rotate-right" /> can be used to refresh the pages in the Odia. This can be useful if you have made changes to something and want to make sure that the changes are applied.

## Tag Management

  When it comes to tags, less is more. Try to group services with tags efficiently. If a tag only relates to one service, it's probably not worth having the tag. Before adding a tag, check if the tag or a similar tag might exist already that can be used.

## Journey Handling

  Only mark a Journey as **Confirmed** once it has been paid for or is operationally confirmed. You can still edit confirmed Journeys, but publish again when those changes should appear on the public link.

<Tip>
  For sample Journeys, always use 'Test' or 'Sample' in the title to keep analytics accurate.
</Tip>

<Warning>
  **Important Naming Conventions**

  Use Journey titles that are unique and easily identifiable. This makes searching much easier later on.

## Data Management

  Before adding new services or contacts:

  * Check if they already exist in Odia
  * Avoid duplicate data
  * Ensure accurate analytics

  **Proper Traveler Information**

  When adding travelers:

  * Add one person per traveler entry
  * Use proper name fields
  * Example: Last name: "Johnson", Salutation: "Mr Johnson"
