Efficient Tagging

When it comes to tags, less is more. Try to group services with tags efficiently. If a tag only relates to one service, it’s probably not worth having the tag. Before adding a tag, check if the tag or a similar tag might exist already that can be used.

Proposal Handling

Proposal Best Practices

Only confirm a proposal once it has been paid for. Changes can’t be made to them and for safety reasons you can’t delete itineraries or turn them back into a proposal.
For sample proposals, always use ‘Test’ or ‘Sample’ in the title to keep analytics accurate.
Important Naming ConventionsUse proposal titles that are unique and easily identifiable. This makes searching much easier later on.

Data Management

Before adding new services or contacts:
  • Check if they already exist in Odia
  • Avoid duplicate data
  • Ensure accurate analytics
Proper Traveler InformationWhen adding travelers:
  • Add one person per traveler entry
  • Use proper name fields
  • Example: Last name: “Johnson”, Salutation: “Mr Johnson”
