Tag Management

Efficient Tagging

When it comes to tags, less is more. Try to group services with tags efficiently. If a tag only relates to one service, it’s probably not worth having the tag. Before adding a tag, check if the tag or a similar tag might exist already that can be used.

Journey Handling

Journey Best Practices

Only mark a Journey as Confirmed once it has been paid for or is operationally confirmed. You can still edit confirmed Journeys, but publish again when those changes should appear on the public link.
For sample Journeys, always use ‘Test’ or ‘Sample’ in the title to keep analytics accurate.
Important Naming ConventionsUse Journey titles that are unique and easily identifiable. This makes searching much easier later on.

Before adding new services or contacts:
  • Check if they already exist in Odia
  • Avoid duplicate data
  • Ensure accurate analytics
Proper Traveler InformationWhen adding travelers:
  • Add one person per traveler entry
  • Use proper name fields
  • Example: Last name: “Johnson”, Salutation: “Mr Johnson”
