What is Concierge?
The Concierge screen is your operational command center. Instead of opening individual Journeys to see what’s happening today, Concierge gathers the scheduled services from across your Journeys — not just confirmed ones — and lists them chronologically.Think of it as your daily to-do list for all active trips combined. It’s especially useful when you have multiple trips happening simultaneously.
How It Works
The Concierge pulls the dated services from your Journeys and lays them out by date. By default it shows today’s services, but you can switch between day, week, month, or year views. Common uses:- Morning briefing - see everything happening today
- Pre-trip checks - review upcoming services this week or month
- Status updates - quickly update multiple services across different trips
- Supplier communication - send purchase orders or messages to suppliers
Navigating Dates
Choose how you want to view your services:View Options
Select your time view:
- Day - See all services for a specific day
- Week - View services across a full week
- Month - See the entire month’s services
- Year - Annual overview of all services
Navigation
Once you’ve selected a view:
- Use the dropdown to select which day, week, month, or year to view
- Use arrow buttons to navigate forward or backward
- Click “Today” button to quickly return to the current day
Information Displayed
Each service row shows key operational details:| Column | What It Shows |

| Tasks | Number of tasks on the service (click to view) |
| Travellers | How many guests are on the service |
Opening Service Details
Click on any service row to open the service details panel where you can:Edit Service Details
- Update time, location, notes, description
- All fields available to edit
- Changes sync back to the Journey service
Change Status
- Update service status (Ready, Confirmed, Completed, etc.)
- Status changes reflect on the Journey service
Manage Tasks
- View tasks linked to this service
- Add new tasks or mark existing ones as complete
- Track progress on service-related to-dos
Navigate to Journey
- Click the Journey button at the bottom of the service details panel
- Opens the full trip in context
- See all services together
Purchase Orders & Messaging
Send a purchase order
- One service: click a service to open it, then click Purchase Order, choose which fields to include, and send it to the supplier.
- Several services (same supplier): tick the checkboxes next to them and send a single purchase order covering all of them.
A purchase order can only be sent once its mandatory fields are filled in — Odia tells you which fields are missing before you send.
Email a supplier
Select one or more services that share the same supplier, then click Send Email to email the supplier about all of them at once.Message a traveller
Select one or more services for the same traveller, then click Send Message to send them a duty message via WhatsApp.Filtering
Services are always listed by date. Use the filters to narrow the view to what matters:Category
Show only services of a given type (Accommodation, Activities, etc.).
Supplier
Focus on services from a specific supplier.
Traveller
See everything for a specific guest across all trips.
Owner
Show services owned by a specific team member.
