To start using Odia, navigate to odia.app and sign up with your work email. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be able to access the platform and start building your proposals.

Admin Setup (Admins & Owners only)

Set up categories, areas, currencies, branding, and user roles. This initial setup is necessary before your team can start working.

Data Entry

Add your services and suppliers to build your inventory. You can do this manually or contact us about data import services.

CRM

Learn how to manage travellers, travel agencies, and suppliers. Understanding these contacts is important before creating proposals.

Create Your First Proposal

Build your first proposal using the Journey Builder. You can use a real request from a travel agent to practice.

Proposal Screen

Understand the proposal interface, designer view, and leads view.

Invoices

Learn how to manage invoicing for your confirmed proposals.

Itineraries

When a proposal is confirmed, an itinerary is automatically created. Learn how to manage it and send purchase orders to suppliers.

Concierge

Monitor all services happening on a specific day or timeframe. Send reminders to suppliers and stay on top of your trips.

Tasks

Keep track of everything that needs to be done. Create tasks from the task screen or attach them to specific services in itineraries.
