To start using Odia, navigate to odia.app and sign up with your work email. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be able to access the platform and start building your Journeys.

Admin Setup (Admins & Owners only)

Set up categories, areas, currencies, branding, and user roles. This initial setup is necessary before your team can start working.

Data Entry

Add your services and suppliers to build your inventory. You can do this manually or contact us about data import services.

CRM

Learn how to manage travellers, travel agents, and suppliers. Understanding these contacts is important before creating Journeys.

Create Your First Journey

Build your first Journey: fill in the details, set up your Area Timeline, add services and pricing in the Journey Builder, then design the public view before publishing.

Journeys Screen

Understand the Journeys screen, version management, and how to track statuses across your team.

Confirmed Journeys

When a Journey is confirmed, keep working in the same workspace to manage suppliers, services, and purchase orders.

Concierge

Monitor all services happening on a specific day or timeframe. Send reminders to suppliers and stay on top of your trips.

Tasks

Keep track of everything that needs to be done. Create tasks from the Tasks screen or attach them to specific Journey services.
