Reporting a Bug

To report a bug, please send an email to [email protected]. Please include the following information:
  • A description of the bug
  • Steps to reproduce the bug
  • Screenshots or a screen recording of the bug
  • The version of Odia you are using
  • The browser you are using
  • The device you are using
Include all information you think is relevant to the bug and always try to reproduce the bug yourself first. If you can’t reproduce the bug, it’s probably not a bug.

How do I know if it’s a bug?

If you think there is a bug, first always check if the version you are using is up to date with the latest version. The version can be found on the bottom left of your screen. If you’re in a proposal make sure to save all changes you have made. Always refresh the screen first and try logging in and out. If the problem persists, follow the guidelines on how to report a bug.
