Use a PDF when your team or client needs a Journey that remains available without opening the online link.

Download the PDF

1

Open the web Journey

In Odia, open the Journey and select the eye preview button. This opens the current Journey in the web view.To export the latest published version instead, open the Journey’s public link.
2

Open the menu

Select the three-line menu button in the top-right corner of the web Journey.
3

Choose the PDF options

Under PDF options, choose whether the PDF should include:
  • Photos — Include Journey and service images
  • Branding — Apply your organisation’s Journey colours and branding
If branding is disabled in the Journey’s display settings, the Branding option is unavailable and the PDF uses a plain layout.
4

Download the PDF

Select Download PDF. Odia prepares the images, generates the document, and downloads it using the Journey title as the file name.
Keep the web Journey open while Odia displays Preparing images or Generating PDF. The download begins automatically when the file is ready.

What the PDF includes

  • A cover page followed by the Journey’s days and services
  • Photos when the Photos option is enabled
  • Organisation styling when the Branding option is enabled
  • Prices and content cards according to the Journey’s display settings
The PDF always uses a clear Flow-style layout, regardless of the layout selected in Journey Designer. Interactive web controls are not included in the downloaded document.

Export the right version

The PDF is generated from the web Journey currently open in your browser:
  • Use the eye preview when you need a PDF of the current saved Journey
  • Use the public link when you need a PDF of the latest published version
If a Journey has unpublished changes, its public link still shows the last published version. Publish the Journey first when the PDF should include those changes for your client.

If the download does not start

  1. Wait until the image preparation and PDF generation messages finish.
  2. Check whether your browser blocked the download.
  3. Open the menu again and retry with Photos turned off if an image is preventing generation.
