What Are AI Credits?
AI credits are the fuel for Odia’s AI-powered features. Every time you use an AI feature — like enhancing a description, generating a summary, or getting smart suggestions — a small number of credits are used from your organization’s balance. Simple rule of thumb: 1 credit = about 75 words of AI processing. Credits cover both what you send to the AI and what it generates back, so longer outputs use more credits.AI-Powered Features

Yes. Before every AI action, Odia shows you the estimated credit cost so you can decide whether to proceed. You always know what you’re spending before you spend it.

What happens if I run out of credits?
If your credit balance reaches zero, AI features will be temporarily unavailable. Your existing data, proposals, and itineraries are not affected — only AI-powered generation is paused. Contact customer@odia.app to top up your credits.

Can I cancel mid-generation?
Yes. You can cancel an AI generation while it’s in progress. Credits are only charged for the portion of content that was generated before cancellation.

Different features process different amounts of text. A short description enhancement processes less text than a smart suggestion that analyzes your entire library, so it costs fewer credits.
