What Are AI Credits?

AI Credits let your team use Odia’s AI features, such as improving descriptions, creating summaries, translating Journeys and generating images. Credits are shared across your organization. The number of credits used depends on the feature, the amount of content and the options you choose. There is no fixed number of credits per word. Some features also use credits in the background, such as automatic email labeling when it is enabled.

How Many Credits Does Each Feature Use?

Each feature uses credits differently. Longer text, more images or a faster translation option can use more credits. If an action shows a credit estimate, check it before starting. An estimate is a guide, not the final charge. Odia may temporarily hold credits while work is running. Any unused credits are released afterward. Creating and saving a service image uses 25 AI Credits. Creating or improving text alongside the image uses credits separately. Stopped or failed work can still use credits for processing already completed. This does not mean the full estimate will be charged.

What Can You Do With 1,000 Credits?

At the standard package price, 1,000 AI Credits cost 5∗∗.Anactionusing∗∗100credits∗∗uses∗∗5**. An action using **100 credits** uses **0.50 of that package. How many actions a package covers depends on the features and options you use.

Journey Translation Credits

Check the estimate beside Translate and save before starting. It updates when you change Fast mode. Saved translations of unchanged text are reused without another translation charge. See Journey Translations for the steps, progress and how to return to a translation.

Managing Your Credits

Open your profile menu and look for AI Credits. The number shown is your organization’s shared balance.
Some actions show an estimate before they run. Check it before confirming. The final number of credits used can differ depending on the work completed.
If your organization has included or trial credits, they are available in the same shared balance. Check your balance before starting an AI action.

Frequently Asked Questions

If your balance cannot cover an AI action, you will need more credits to continue. Your existing data and Journeys are not affected. Contact customer@odia.app to top up your credits.
Use the cancel or stop action when available. Work already completed can still use credits, even if the full result was not finished. Any unused held credits are released afterward.
Yes. Credits belong to your organization and are shared across all team members. Any user with access to AI features draws from the same organizational balance.
Different features do different amounts of work. Longer descriptions, more images and Fast mode can use more credits. Compare the estimates when choosing between options.
