Getting Started with CRM

Set Up Suppliers
Begin by adding your supplier organizations in CRM > Suppliers. This must be done before you can assign suppliers to services.

Add Travel Agencies
Create travel agency profiles in CRM > Travel Agents for partners you work with. Upload agency logos for white-label Journeys.

Import or Add Contacts
Add individual contacts as needed. Travelers can be added during Journey creation and will automatically populate your traveler library.

Configure Custom Fields
Set up custom fields in Settings > Custom Fields to capture organization-specific contact information.

Link Relationships
Connect related contacts - link travelers to agents, agents to agencies, contacts to organizations for unified record-keeping.
