A template is a reusable starting point saved in the Library — a set of services you add to a Journey together, in one action. Unlike a Bundle, a template’s services are added as independent copies: once they’re on the Journey you can edit, move, or remove each one without affecting the others or the Library template.

Template Or Bundle?

See Service Bundles for what a bundle is and how to create one.

Create A Template In The Library

1

Open Templates & Bundles

Go to Library → Templates & Bundles.
2

Start a new template

Select New template.
3

Add and arrange services

Add at least two Library services and put them in the order you want them to appear.
4

Save

Save the template. It’s now available to add to any Journey.

Save A Journey Day As A Template

You can also create a template directly from a day you’ve already built, instead of starting from scratch.
1

Open the day menu

In the Journey Builder, open the day’s ••• menu.
2

Select Save as template

Choose Save as template.
3

Name and save

Enter a template name and select Save template.
The shortcut saves at least two distinct, Library-backed services in their current order. Repeated services are saved once, and trip-only services (ones not backed by a Library service) are not included.
Service grouping is not preserved by this shortcut. Variants, options, and bundle members are saved as independent services, so the template will not recreate their Journey grouping when it is added later.
Dates, prices, suppliers, notes, Journey-specific add-ons, content cards, and day summaries are not copied. When the template is added later, any default add-ons currently configured for its Library services are applied normally.

Using A Template On A Journey

Add a template from the Journey Builder: open Add to journey → Templates & Bundles and select the template. Each service is added as an independent copy — editing, moving, or removing one does not affect the others or the Library template.
