A variant is a different version of the same service, such as Standard Room, Deluxe Room, and Suite, or Standard Tour and Premium Tour. Each variant can have its own description, images, and price while staying connected to one parent service.

Set up reusable variants once, then add the complete choice to any Journey. Covered below.

Manage on the Journey

Choose what the client sees, remove unused choices, and add a removed variant back. See the Journey Builder guide.

Create variants in the Library

Open the parent service

In Library, open the main service that should hold the different versions.

Open Variants

Select the Variants tab, then choose Add variant.

Create or reuse a service

Choose Create new to build a new variant, or Add existing to use a service already in your Library.

Arrange the variants

Drag variants into the order you want clients to see them. You can also edit a variant or remove it from the parent service.
The parent service is the default option. When you add it to a Journey, its current variants are added with it as one group.
